Rental Charges   

Le Mûrier and Le Grenier

Rates are weekly.  Lets are Saturday to Saturday.  Deposit of 50% required to confirm reservation. Balance 8 weeks before arrival.  Preferred method of payment - euro or sterling bankers cheque or bank transfer. Personal sterling cheques or euro cheques drawn on a French bank  are also accepted.   Discounted rate for taking both gites together for longer than two weeks and for return bookings. Special rates for long winter lets.  Well-behaved pets (and children!) very welcome.

Included in the Rental for Gîtes

We provide an exceptionally high standard of accommodation and service with everything included. Good quality linen (including beach/pool towels), is provided and changed weekly. Heating by electricity for the gîtes, gas-fired central heating and open fire for the main house. Water, electricity, central heating (off-season lets), use of swimming pool & leisure facilities, use of dryer for laundry during wet weather, are included in the price of your holiday. Bicycles, croquet, toys and boules available for guests of all ages. Local tourist taxes are also included in these prices. A welcome basket of essentials awaits guests' arrival. Guests are also invited to join us for a gourmet provençal dinner the evening they arrive. All included in rental. A cot, high chair and baby monitor are available if required at no additional cost.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €300 or £200 is payable  before arrival.   This will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of departure less the cost of any damage, breakages  or cleaning charge, should the property not be left in a reasonable state.

Chambre d'Olivier

Rates are per night and include breakfast.  Minimum stay 3 nights.    Table d'hote evening meal available on request.   50% deposit required at time of booking to secure reservation.  Balance on arrival.  Preferred method of payment - euro or sterling bankers cheque or bank transfer. Personal sterling cheques or euro cheques drawn on a French bank are also accepted.

Accessibility

The property is built on a hill and access to the accommodation is by way of stone steps. We would, therefore, advise that the property is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

How to Book

Contact us by one of the methods below to ensure that your chosen dates are available. We will then send you our booking form and terms and conditions. If you are in agreement with these, complete the booking form and send it back to us.  We ask for 50% of the total rental as booking deposit, the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival.   Once your signed booking form and deposit are received your booking is guaranteed.
